Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the wak500 website accessible at https://wak500.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces operated by wak500.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, net of pending bets.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched-deposit amounts credited to an Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process wak500 applies to all registered Accounts.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone applied to all platform transactions, betting cut-off times, and customer-service hours.
• "IDR / Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary transaction currency on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To register and maintain an active Account on the wak500 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wak500 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending bets voided, and any Balance handled in accordance with Clause 3.6 below.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or any other legal entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You must not be registered on any third-party self-exclusion database to which wak500 subscribes.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person when registering or placing bets.

3.1  To access real-money betting and gaming services on wak500, you are required to complete the registration process and create an Account. By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3.2  Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

3.3  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. wak500 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.4  KYC Verification: wak500 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

3.5  wak500 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.6  Upon closure of an Account — whether initiated by the Player or by wak500 — any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, net of any outstanding obligations. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

4.1  wak500 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and the e-wallet services OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Available channels may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.2  Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per channel and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3  Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the respective bank or e-wallet provider. wak500 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's financial institution.

4.4  Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on the Account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible (the "return-to-source" principle). Processing times during WIB banking hours are typically within the same session; requests submitted outside banking hours will be processed on the next available banking day.

4.5  wak500 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in a processing delay. Players will be notified via the email address registered to their Account if additional documentation is required.

4.6  All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player's financial institution.

4.7  Players may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Any Account found to be receiving third-party deposits will be suspended pending investigation.

5.1  wak500 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional credits to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page and must be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

5.2  Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

5.3  Bonus Funds are credited at wak500's sole discretion. wak500 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.4  Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless the promotion-specific terms expressly provide otherwise.

5.5  Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until any applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

5.6  wak500 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts, coordinating bets with other players, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.

6.1  All bets placed on the wak500 sportsbook — including but not limited to football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), badminton, MotoGP, esports, and bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets — are subject to the specific sport and market rules published on the relevant section of the Platform.

6.2  Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to each individual leg. If any leg is void, the bet is recalculated as if that leg had not been included, unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise.

6.3  Asian Handicap (Voor Bola): Asian handicap markets, locally referred to as voor bola, are settled in accordance with standard international Asian handicap settlement rules. In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, wak500's settlement rules as published at the time of the event shall apply.

6.4  Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published draw outcomes. wak500 accepts no liability for disputes arising from a Player's misreading of draw schedules or results.

6.5  All bet settlement times are referenced in WIB (UTC+7). wak500 reserves the right to delay settlement of any market pending the completion of official results verification.

6.6  wak500 reserves the right to void any bet — before or after settlement — where it determines that the bet was placed in error, at incorrect odds, as a result of a technical fault, or in circumstances amounting to fraud or collusion.

6.7  Maximum payout limits per bet, per market, and per day apply and are displayed at the point of bet placement. wak500 reserves the right to limit stake sizes for any Player at its sole discretion.

6.8  Casino & Slot Games: All casino titles and slot gacor (high-RTP slot) games are governed by the rules of the respective game studio — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. In the event of a conflict between a game studio's rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the extent permitted by the relevant licensing framework.

7.1  wak500 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all product categories. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible directly from within every registered Account, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

8.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wak500 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other technical means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or with employees of wak500 to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.

9.1  All content on the wak500 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of wak500 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of wak500.

9.3  The wak500 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of wak500. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to use those marks without express written permission.

10.1  The wak500 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wak500 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10.2  wak500 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3  wak500 shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, governmental actions, internet outages, banking system failures, or any other force majeure event.

10.4  In no event shall wak500's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1  wak500 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

11.2  By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement.

11.3  wak500 applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.3  Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

13.1  These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wak500 holds its international operating licence.

Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws. wak500 makes no representation that the services offered are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
